**JOB SUMMARY**:
We are looking for experienced Counselor to join our team as a lead counsellor.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Counselling Services:

- Provide confidential counseling services to preschool teachers facing personal or professional challenges.
- Offer guidance and emotional support to help teachers cope with work-related stress.

Staff and Students Wellness Development:

- Collaborate with KLC students to identify areas for professional growth and wellness.
- Design and facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance teachers' mental well-being and classroom effectiveness.
- Provide advice in building and maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

Internship and Volunteer Management:

- Collaborate with partner university to provide professional development for continuous learning
- Provide clinical supervision (group or individual) to existing Masters of Counselling students during internship with KLC.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain confidential records of counseling sessions and teacher progress.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for school management when needed.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional counseling certification and relevant licensure.
- Minimum of 3 years of counseling experience, preferably in an educational setting.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Willingness to stay updated on developments in counseling and partner with the university.
