**Purpose and Scope**
- As a Field Inspector, you will be responsible to conduct on-site inspections at the depots and during waste collection to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies, present findings and provide recommendations for improvement to the operations team.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Conduct on-site inspections of ground operations at the depots and during waste collection to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Document findings and prepare detailed reports on inspection results.
- Participate in the monthly Staff Communication with operations team.
- Provide recommendations for improvements to waste management practices to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Stay up to date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure thorough and accurate inspections.
- Communicate effectively with operations team and management to address any compliance issues and promote a culture of environmental responsibility.

**Qualification, Skills and Experience**
- Completed GCE O level / Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 year of working experience in enforcement/operations management
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Preferably with own transport and have a valid Class 2 license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
