Let’s talk about the role
- Run the end-to-end quarterly forecast process for the regional Asia and Latin America (ALA) team with a particular focus on the Digital and Consumer Creation team, ensuring forecast accuracy and working with commercial teams to manage their P&L effectively
- Set up and prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports with variance analysis and drive the corresponding management reviews, including analysis of business levers and financial metrics such as sales, expenditure and margins
- Liaise with in-country teams to consolidate regional views of Marketing costs for the purposes of analysis and optimisation
- Assist in conceptualisation, implementation and adoption of operating metrics-based reporting and decision-making regionally
- Support the business in tracking performance against OKRs
- Partner regional and in-country commercial teams to develop and continuously improve budgeting and forecasting processes through effective collaboration and communication
- Contribute to projects and initiatives, providing commercial insights and leadership on financial elements
- Support internal shared services teams on month-end closing as required
- Support the leadership team on ad-hoc matters as and when needed

Let’s talk about you
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent, with minimum 7 years' experience in planning and budgeting in MNCs
- Experience in project finance, business modelling and capital allocation will be an advantage
- Data analysis skills are required; advanced skills in Excel and practical experience in writing queries will be an advantage
- System savvy; experience in TM1, Anaplan, Cognos, Oracle, Tableau, Google Data Studio and Salesforce is preferred
- Regional experience is preferred, especially in APAC
- Keen to learn, independent and proactive in collaboration with different functional teams
- Proven ability to thrive in a constantly changing, fast-paced and ambiguous work environment
