Tea Barista

**Location**: Singapore

**Working Hours**: Rotating shift required, 44 hours per week, 5-5.5 days a week

As a Tea Barista, you will play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

- **Prepare and Serve Beverages**: Craft a variety of high-quality tea beverages to meet customer preferences and company standards.
- **Receive and Process Customer Payments**: Efficiently handle cash and electronic transactions, ensuring accuracy and providing excellent customer service.
- **Maintain Cleanliness of the Store**: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times to create a welcoming environment for customers.
- **Order, Receive, and Distribute Stock Supplies**: Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, and distributing supplies to ensure smooth operations and availability of products.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to effectively communicate in **Mandarin/English** with customers and team members, ensuring a positive and friendly atmosphere.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of attention to detail in preparing beverages, processing payments, and maintaining cleanliness.
- **Availability on Weekends & Public Holidays**: Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends and public holidays.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, with a passion for creating memorable experiences for customers.
