**Job Overview**
As a Psychologist, he/ she is required to provide an array psychological services (psychometric assessments and psychological therapies) to cases (inpatient and outpatient) within the Alexandra Hospital. The Psychologist works under the supervision of a Senior Psychologist.
**Responsibilities**:
- Clinical Services Delivery
- To conduct appropriate psychometric assessments and result interpretation for referred patients.
- To develop and implement appropriate psychotherapy for inpatients and outpatients.
- To contribute, as part of a multidisciplinary team, in the overall care plan for the patient.
- Teaching
- To participate in teaching and training programmes
- Research and Administrative
- To contribute to team-level operational tasks, as well as participate in research projects as a member of the research team.
**Job Requirements**
- Accredited Masters/DPsy qualification in psychology (specialisation: Clinical, Neuropsy)
- Registered psychologist with recognised local/overseas psychological society and/or licensing board
- Min 2-3 years of relevant clinical experiences
- Experiences working with rehab and acquired brain injury population (adults and geriatrics) preferred
- Strong sense of teamwork, comfortable to work in a multidisciplinary setting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient safety-oriented and complies with evidenced-based standards and ethical practice
- Competency to deliver the following clinical work:
- Inpatient and outpatient therapy work
- Neuropsychological Assessments
- Participate and contribute to AH Allied Health / AH Psychology projects and programmes
