**Make an Impact by**
- Plan, execute, and oversee the deployment of telecommunications network infrastructure.
- Enhance Mobile Access engineering team’s capabilities and foster a new generation of skilled professionals who are well-versed in the latest industry practices and technologies.
- Collaborate with project management, vendors and contractors, agencies, and building management to ensure successful network installations.
- Maintain documentation and provide reports on deployment progress.
- Provide regular updates on project status to the project manager to stay abreast of resource progress and project status.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network deployment issues on time.
- Digitalization of manual workflows and providing customized analysis reports.
- Other work as assigned by the supervisor.

**Skills for Success**
- A completed diploma from a reputable Polytechnic.
- Applicants should have a strong passion for mobile technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to technology changes and meeting business requirements with aggressive deadlines.
- Resourcefulness, analytical thinking, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, including good presentation, reporting, and organisational abilities.
- Strong leadership skills and decision-making capabilities to effectively manage projects across various departments and business units.
- The ability to effectively manage vendors and stakeholders.
