Senior Executive, Research and Data Analytics

**Purpose of the Role**:
Reporting to the Head of Department, the individual will support the team on data management, tabulation, analysis and research work.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Outcomes/Performance tracking & Reporting
- Data collection and management: To support and (where relevant) carry out the collection of feedback surveys and other data collected to track outcomes.
- Ensuring timely and accurate entry of data from surveys and other relevant sources into a database for analysis and reporting.
- Supports the HoD around the establishment, maintenance and continuous improvement of database systems that is currently used for data entry and analysis
- Supports the HoD to conduct analysis of data collected to identify trends and insights
- Supports the HoD to provide Department-level and overall summary reports for inclusion in monthly management and annual reports. Also as necessary, to provide ad hoc reports to support the departmental management process.
Research projects
- Support the HoD / Team to design and implement practical research projects to gain further insight in SCS work (i.e. outreach, programmes and services etc.).
**Criteria**:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Analytical ability to make data-based decisions
- Data analytic skills (e.g. parametric, non-parametric tests)
- Strong writing skills
- Data Management experience (e.g. Data cleaning, recoding, tabulations e.g.)
- Experience of working with spreadsheets and databases for recording and analysing data
- Experience with SPSS (e.g. Data management, running of custom tables etc.)
