Job Description Summary:
Havas Media Group Singapore is looking for Media Interns to support our integrated media teams in the day-to-day media planning and operations across online and offline channels.

Job Description:

- Main responsibilities:
Media Planning- Work closely with the team to present media recommendations on offline and online media platforms (e.g. FTA, Radio, Out-of-Home, Press, KOL / Influencer, Social, Digital and Mobile) to help clients achieve their business goals-
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of campaign operations (e.g. ensure campaigns are delivered on time, in accordance with planned launch dates)-
- Deliver interim and post-campaign reports to provide insight and recommendations on the media performanceCampaign Implementation / Operations- Work with media traders to coordinate the end-to-end execution of the campaign proposals-
- Book and activate campaigns - both managed service and self-service across various platforms, mainly for social and display-
- Support the digital ad operations, including review of creative assets in accordance with channel specifications and ad trafficking-
- Liaise with clients for material submission which meet the best practice guidelines for the ad format; work with media owners to ensure that the guidelines are up to date and accurateRequirements for this role:
- Availability to commit full-time for the duration of the internship-
- Tertiary education in marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines-
- Competency in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)-
- Good with numbersQualities we are looking for:
