DSC Clinic (31 Kelantan Lane), our outpatient clinic for the diagnosis, treatment and control of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) in Singapore.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assist the Clinic Executive (CE) to manage daily clinic operations.
- Perform STI screening (Triaging).
- Perform registration, billing and appointment booking for patients.
- Assist to prepare & issue daily cash float and handle cash collection.
- Assist to monitor clinic queue performance and consultation waiting time.
- Assist to review patient flow & clinic work processes
- Perform infection prevention practices on work areas, equipment, staff and patients
- Assist to attend to patients' feedback.
- Supervise PSAs at counters.
- Assist to schedule duty, leave rosters and deployment of PSAs.
- Assist to gather IT requirements and train PSAs in using the IT systems
- Assist to perform audits for patient safety and quality service improvement.
- Assist to liaise with Facilities Management for minor works and cleanliness matters.
- Assist to conduct regular staff roll call and pep talk sessions.
- Serve in relevant committee as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent
- Frontline counter experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
