**Senior/ Manufacturing Engineer
**Responsibilities**:

- Improves manufacturing efficiency through workflow, space and equipment layout optimization, automation and digital transformation
- Leads and/or to participates in development, training, qualification and validation activities for new product or technology transfers
- Responsible on engineering support and troubleshoots out-of-control situations, process issues and put corrective actions in place
- Conducts capacity studies and identify plans to increase bottleneck stations capacity
- Ensures processes and equipment are operated in compliance with Environment, Health and Safety Regulations and Policies

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience
- Proven problem-solving ability, troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Project management experienced with automation and lean projects is an added advantage
- Proficient level of computer skills including Oracle and MS Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint
