The company plans to expand its business in Singapore, Malaysia, and Southeast Asia, and has established a sales subsidiary in Singapore. The company plans to recruit a total of three people for this venture. Currently, they are hiring a general manager in Singapore and an equipment core component sales manager in either Malaysia or Singapore.
**Role and Responsibility**:
Overall management of the Singapore branch office, including business operations, team planning, and internal process construction.
Develop and implement business strategies and plans to achieve the company's goals in the Southeast Asian market.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
**Qualifications**:
At least 3 years of experience in automation product sales.
Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market and have a network of customer resources.
Proven track record in sales and marketing of automation products with excellent customer relationship management skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve company objectives.
