Communication and Stakeholder Support- Develop and implement communication strategies to engage and support both internal and external stakeholders effectively.- Facilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions, ensuring clear and concise communication of relevant information.
Budget Management- Track and manage budget expenditure and projections to ensure financial accuracy and alignment with project goals.
Staff Recruitment- Coordinate talent requisition efforts by gathering resumes for screening, managing onboarding and offboarding processes for staff.- Assist in the hiring process for staff, student helpers, and scholarship students
Centre Administration Support- Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manage office supplies, and handle procurement and maintenance of office assets.- Assist with the coordination of meetings and events.- Perform general administrative duties including procurement, office maintenance, asset management, and other ad-hoc projects as requested by the hiring manager.
Job Requirements:
- A degree from a recognized university, preferably with some relevant working experience.- Strong numerical skills.- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.- Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively with staff and faculty at all levels.- Detail-oriented and analytical.- Familiarity with HR functions and procurement processes is a plus.Hiring Institution: NTU
