**We are a fast-growing design firm with clear development plan and looking for creative individuals with Interior Design/Architectural background to join our team. As an interior designer, you will be responsible for**:

- To provide interior design expertise and related services
- To receive requirement brief from client and discuss project with internal project team and contractors
- To conceptualize and carry out concept design, research, space planning
- To prepare design & construction(as-built) documentation
- Produce 2D space planning on layout plans based on design conceptualization.
- Develop 3D rendering visuals, hand-drawn perspective drawing and colour rendering with detailed materials and furnishings chosen with accurate specifications
- Excellent creative and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to follow through and execute proposed designs

**Salary**: $3,750.00 - $7,500.00 per month
