Primary Subject Curriculum Vetting Executive

Role and Specific Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Curriculum need to be vetted as per the criteria's given by the Dept Head
2. Vetting of all the types of primary materials need to be done within the timeline given
3. Clarifications need to be checked with the dept head and vetting should be executed as per MOE current syllabus
4. All vetting executed with utmost care and no errors or out of syllabus questions need to reviewed and remarks given as per wordsmith system
5. Final check of the vendor work and make sure all the corrections done as per the comments given and make the materials final in the right format for printout to students
3. Personal meeting will be there alternate days to give training and clarifications regarding the vetting process, also as and when required
Competencies:
1. Vetting Criteria's are given in points and clear explanation will be there to execute the work with clear guidance in flow charts
2. To follow the vendor incoming and vetted outgoing materials, SOW will be given for easy execution
3. List of errors to avoid and current MOE syllabus details and all assistance given to make the vetted materials error free
4. Necessary flow charts / SOP given to make sure the vendor work has been properly vetted and right output submitted after the final review process
This SGunited Midcareer Pathway program is for the duration of 6 months, after this permanent job taken up with the company
