**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Develop Store System including parts, equipment, materials and item codes
- Manage and monitor the Inventory Management and safe storage
- Ensure all transactions are updated timely and correctly
- Establish and Ensure compliance to specific Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Works Instructions (WI) with regards to storage of Hazardous Materials
- Update stock movement (perform transactions) in Excel Spread sheet (to monitor and store system.
- Perform Regular Stock Counting with Report.
- Co-ordinate with Operation and M&E for Collection and Storage of stock items.
- Co-ordinate with Procurement and Supplier for purchase, un-stuffing and refurbish of stock items.
- Arrange stock delivery
- Review existing SOP on Safe Handling of Hazardous Materials with good understanding of Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
- Liaise with internal and external auditors for stock checking and reporting.
**Job Requirements**:
- Experience in Store Controls and Store Managements System
- Possess Class 3 Manual Driving License (preferred)
- Possess of Forklift License (preferred)
- Well verse of Basic Microsoft Excel & Words Application
- Knowledge of Hazardous Materials Storage (preferred)
- Able to Work Independently
