**Position Title**:Front-of-House Supervisor - 5-Day Week | Growing F&B Concept**

**Job Type**:Full-Time | 5 Days/Week

As **Front-of-House Supervisor**, you’ll be the steady hand during peak hours, the motivator during quiet moments, and the face guests remember for all the right reasons.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Lead Daily Operations**:Oversee smooth floor service from open to close
- **Drive Guest Experience**:Anticipate needs, resolve issues early, and leave lasting impressions
- **Coach the Crew**:Train, support, and bring out the best in every team member
- **Set the Standard**:Maintain consistent service, hygiene, and presentation standards
- **Create the Vibe**:Help shape a welcoming environment with positive energy and professionalism

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a floor lead or supervisor role (F&B preferred)
- Comfortable communicating with team and guests alike
- Strong multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Hands-on leader who leads by example, keeps things organized, and builds team morale
- Available for rotating shifts, 5 days per week
