- More than 8 years of experience in Active Directory domain and Windows System administration.

- Experience in supporting and troubleshooting Active Directory issues.
- Plan, manage, implement and monitor Active Directory services related project deployment and integration.
- Responsible for regular patching, upgrade and maintenance of Active Directory servers and ensuring compliance to IT security standards
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies and procedures.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes, with experience in an ITIL based environment.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in developing and implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning solutions to improve incident management and resolution processes.
- Responsible for building and maintaining the Al infrastructure that powers virtual agents and Al operations.
- Work closely with operations team to identify areas where Al can be applied to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing system performance data to identify trends and patterns.
- Able to develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track system performance and incident resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Continuously evaluate and improve Al models to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in Al and machine learning.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated workflows to streamline incident management and resolution processes.
- Able to develop and maintain Al models for predictive analysis and proactive incident resolution.
- Work with IT teams to integrate Al solutions into existing systems and processes.
- Experience in developing and maintaining documentation for Al solutions and processes.
- Provide training and support to operations team on Al solutions and processes.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements for Al solutions and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
