**⌦ Working Location**:37 Chin Bee Crescent **(Near Boon Lay/ Lakeside MRT station)**
**⌦ Shift Schedule**:3:00 AM - 12:00 PM **(with overtime as needed)**
**⌦ Shift Pattern**:4 days work, 1 day off **(rotating cycle)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Measure, cut, and prepare ingredients **(e.g., vegetables)**following recipes and production schedules.
- Cook ingredients to required temperatures, adhering to food safety standards and proper cooking techniques.
- Construct sandwiches accurately, maintaining portion control, recipe consistency, and presentation standards.
- Package finished products according to specifications, ensuring proper sealing, labeling, and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workstation; clean equipment and surfaces before, during, and after shifts.
- Follow proper waste disposal protocols to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in receiving and storing ingredients, enforcing FIFO **(First In, First Out)** stock rotation.
- Collaborate effectively with other production team members to achieve daily production targets.

**Job Requirements**:

- No prior experience needed as on-the-job training will be provided.
- Keen eye for detail, ensures precision and accuracy in all tasks.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, works efficiently under pressure.
- **Physical stamina required** - Must be capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy items as needed.
- Must adhere to shift schedule, willing to work a **4-days-on, 1-day-off rotating schedule** and start shifts at **3:00 AM**.
