**Employment Type**: Full-time | Shift-based | 5.5 working days (5-day week may be considered)
**Salary**: $2,000 - $2,500/month
**Reports To**: Front Office Manager

- **Your Role: Front Desk Receptionist**_

As the welcoming face of MBER, you’ll be the first point of contact for our residents and guests. You’ll help create a warm, seamless, and professional front-of-house experience, while supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to a thriving community.
- **What You’ll Do**_
- Greet residents, guests, and walk-ins warmly and professionally
- Manage check-ins/check-outs, payments, and guest folios
- Respond to guest requests, issues, and feedback in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate guest records and room logs
- Share information on amenities, events, and house rules
- Support and promote in-house events and activities
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and sales teams
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with admin tasks and handle mail/packages
- Report incidents and guest concerns to management
- **Who You Are**_
- Friendly, professional, and approachable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Flexible with shifts (weekends, evenings, holidays if needed)
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ / ‘N’ Level
- Prior front desk experience and PMS knowledge are a bonus
- Passionate about community living and people-focused work
