We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Project Coordinator**to support ongoing initiatives across Southeast Asia. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team environment, fostering collaboration with both internal colleagues and external partners.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to monitor and update project progress.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and ensure timely processing of payments in line with internal procedures.
- Conduct bank account verifications and manage settlement invoice issuance and payments.
- Provide project support by validating supplier and project statuses prior to payment processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist in the preparation of financial reports and tax documentation.
- Maintain accurate accounting records for both operational and project-related activities.
- Assist in procurement and logistics operations as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive approach.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
- Experience in the construction sector is a plus.
