Responsibilities & Duties

Able to install various kind or size of tiles, marbles, granites, and mosaics.

Able to measure required dimensions and mark up tile’s setting up line base on design drawing.

Able to determine required tile usage, then cutting the tiles into required size using power and hand tools.

Carry out proper cleaning to walls and floors prior to tile installation.

Preparing uneven walls, floors, and other surfaces by levelling off with plaster, sand or cement utilizing suitable tools such as screeds, brushes, and trowels.

Make tiles to flush with corners, edges and fittings and ensure proper spacing, evenness and alignment of floor and wall tiles.

Fill up gaps with pointing grout to form final finished surface.

Touch up or repair any defects due to workmanship or material’s defect such as misalignment, chips, dent, cracks, or hollowness.

Able to provide tiles & adhesive usage for materials ordering.

Ensure work done according to CONQUAS or QM standards.

Maintain cleanliness in the production floor, clean up debris and disposing of materials at the end of each day

To carry out repainting of Hotel’s façade, Corridor Walls and guestrooms.

To carry out painting of Hotel’s façade, corridor walls, fittings, etc.

To install partition and repair any partition issue.

To remove and install glass panel, window panel, glass etc.

**Salary**: $1,200.00 - $1,600.00 per month
