**Summary**: Working in Sales Department, you will provide assistance to the sales team, Building relationships with new / existing clients. You will need to be a thoughtful person with a high degree of attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to Sales Director you will be performing duties as given
- Making appointments to see existing and potential clients
- Give company presentation to potential new clients and offer new services
- Carrying out sales and marketing tasks to accomplish business goals
- Actively participate in the planning and marketing of these products alongside the team
- Manage and generate response to queries from potential customers and follow-up on leads and referrals.
- Build, develop and maintain good and close customer relationships with our business partners
- Work closely with the Sales Director on sales plans to achieve or exceed the sales targets set by the Management
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the overall customer experience
- Provide accurate forecasts and pipeline data as well as market intelligence
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date customer list with contact details, Other duties as assigned by Sales Director

**Must Haves**:

- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or Management or any related field
- Strong Excel skills, (formulas, vlookup, etc)
- Detail oriented and dependable
- Ability to work independently
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, follow-up and a sense of urgency
- Thrive in working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be local Singaporean with known Mandirin and English

**Nice to Haves**:

- Experience in Marine or Health Care Sales is a Plus
- Experience using an ERP system a plus

**Physical Demands**: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 90% of the time. Will occasionally move about inside the office to access files, office machinery, etc. Constantly operates a computer and other office tools such as a printer, phone, etc. Frequently communicates with others and must be able to exchange accurate information. Must be able to lift 15 pounds.
