**Responsibilities**:

- Media Facing - Attend media interviews on a regular basis
- Conduct analysis of public company financial data, news, and other information to identify opportunities and risks related to companies or industries
- Research on stocks, mutual funds, portfolios, markets and other investment products across the US, Hong Kong and Singapore markets and present investment strategies to media and individual clients
- Provide buy/ sell/ hold recommendations to clients and end-users via media
- Develop and write short research reports and publications, such as Research Notes, Sub-industry Outlooks, Industry Surveys, and Trends & Ideas pieces to be presented to media and investors
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial services industry happenings and current events
- Conduct primary research from industry sources

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in finance, business administration, or a similar field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in research, investment banking or any analytical role, ideally in the financial secretor
- Demonstrate an advanced level of proficiency in Excel, strong written and oral communications skills, and a passion for this industry.
- Ability to develop and present financial reports.
- Full CFA member, or currently progressing toward a CFA is a plus point
- Ability to spot and track stock market trends, and act on investment opportunities.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Have the knowledge and experience to secure and maintain relevant licenses.
