**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Performs scheduled and unscheduled service inspection, preventive, and corrective maintenance on material handling equipment (MHE).
- Perform M&E repair and maintenance associated to building services.
- Carry out routine checks to ensure the smooth operation of facilities equipments and maintenance.
- Liaise and supervise the vendors/service providers on the repair or maintenance to facility related issues.
- Provide facilities support and services to other departments.
- With hands-on experience required and willingness to work in an oil and grease working environment.
- Assist Senior Engineer, Coordinate and facilitate external service providers and internal customers.
- Complete all documentation for work performed, in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / ITE with Facility Management experiences and M&E exposures.
- Possess with forklift license and Fire Safety relevant experiences will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge in OSHA and ISO requirements.
- Teamwork orientated, committed and ethical behavior personality.
