In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Key Accountabilities* Perform Technical Verification function for Auto Loan Applications, checking & verifying customers' income documentation proof, compliance with relevant regulations and other necessary requirements within specified performance standards in turnaround time and accuracy as determined by the Bank.* Perform checks on the accuracy of data entry in the Bank's systems including derivation of Income & other amounts necessary for the Loan Application.* Work closely with our business partners and be able to communicate with all of them to ensure full and proper submission of all necessary documents, KYC & other supporting documents or information necessary for each Loan Application.* Perform checking/verification of all documents & other necessary functions, etc. in the processing of auto loan applications for pre-disbursement within specified standards of quality and turnaround time.* Conduct necessary searches to ensure that all newly pledged vehicles are still under registration & that used cars proposed as securities are not under any financing or encumbrance(s).* Perform post-disbursement functions in relation to Auto Loans.* Participation in auto loan digital project and other initiatives, including testing, development and maintenance of new and existing systemsRequirements* Diploma/Degree in any discipline with 2 years experience in operations preferred.* Meticulous, attention to detail, knowledge of data analytics and project management would be a plus.* Sound understanding of Financial Services, knowledge in car financing and the relevant banking regulations* Proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel* Meticulous and detailed oriented, organized with good problem-solving skills* Hard-working, self-motivated and a strong team player who takes initiative* Good interpersonal and communication skills* Able to work effectively under pressure and minimum supervisionApply NowWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.en
