Roles & Responsibilities
**JOB DESCRIPTION**

This role will be involved in numerous projects within Keppel Data Centres developing solutions for a diverse set of projects. This is a visible and high impact role on the team, where you will have responsibilities that include (but are not limited to):

- Manage and maintain project plans, assist in business requirements review, assemble cross-functional teams, manage scope, and actively manage resources, costs, quality, and risk
- Create and manage project plans; monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed; identify and resolve issues to ensure project(s) success
- Manage day-to-day execution of project implementations, documentation, and status updates for the project(s)
- Drive the identification of change management impacts in coordination with the change CTO PMO team. Provide successful oversight of execution activities to ensure adoption and adherence
- Facilitate requirements gathering and assists with the creation of project deliverables, as needed
- Financial budget ownership and accountability to track, monitor, and deliver within defined financial constraints.
- Identify matters regarding budget(s), resources, timelines, and formally captures and communicates to management in order to seek support on any changes
- Lead project delivery resources/team providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals
- Drive consensus and decisions for state-of-the-art processes, tools & methodologies, create and drive schedules (and metrics), facilitate cross-domain efficiency, and report on resource needs and program progress
- Define problems, distill data, establish facts and draw conclusions
- Build out new frameworks for clear, concise, and transparent messaging and continuous feedback
- Ensure the successful implementation of program objectives and end-to-end compliance to execution milestones
- Identify problem areas, ensure solid root cause understanding and documentation as well as bring issues to closure
- Facilitate best practices and procedures for engineering productivity, automated program tracking, and key metrics program dashboard
- Communicate complex issues and tradeoffs via writing, speaking, and presentations to development partners and management
- Help cultivate a culture of growth mindset and allyship
- Other duties as assigned by Management.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Engineering Degree in any discipline
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
