**Job Description** Primary Objective**:

- To achieve Singapore M&A Team’s target revenue by developing the Singapore M&A business for RHB Banking Group including advisory, acquisition financing and financial sponsors coverage.
- Support target M&A markets such as Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia in pitching and execution of M&A transactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
To achieve M&A Team’s annual revenue & service standard targets by;
- Assist and/or lead advisory M&A including buy-side and sell-side
- Management of key transaction work streams including direct liaison with key client stakeholders and external vendors/bidders
- Preparation of marketing materials and other key deal documents
- Development of valuation, financial and strategic analysis and management of the due diligence process
- Supporting Senior Team Member and Head, Regional M&A on duties required for the execution of projects

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor Degree - Minimum in either Economics, Finance or Accounting or alternatively a track record of achievements in the M&A area with Capital Markets Services Representative License.
- Minimum 3 year in investment banking focusing on advisory and capital markets work.
- Innovative with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning, presentation and organizational skills.
- Track record of achievements.
- A closely-knitted team, and yet be able to work independently
