Responsible for the proper, accurate and efficient processing of transaction at counter. Accountable to all transactions done accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Check counter assigned and money declaration to ensure accuracy.
- Check telephone line and goose lamp to make sure they are functioning well before operations.
- Able to handle POS system and familiar with EDC functions keys.
- Follow SOP on transaction for types of payment mode, ie Cash / Credit Card / Nets and voiding OC / Tips etc.
- Check stock balance and reconcile on POS & EDC system. Check OC, Void transactions and ensure all equipments are off & locked.
- Must be clear with cash submission
- Follow up daily on any latest promotions and ongoing event.
- Assist in stock replenishing that is running low.
- Assist in preparing uniform, name tag, and raise up uniform form.
- Assist in assigning locker to PT.
- Able to take over/close any fast and error-free.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Service orientated
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
