Singapore Union Air Freight (S) Pte Ltd Full time

Ensure efficient deployment of drivers / transport activities.
- Maintain drivers' daily attendance & deployment.
- Verify trip claims ( Cash Card ).
- Monitor maintenance of equipment / vehicles.
- Timely reporting of vehicle, cargo damage, incidents ( If any ).
- Fulfilment of outsourced vendors if fleet is unable to cope with shipments.
- Continuous engagement with management on training opportunities related to warehousing, inventory & trucking matters.
- Timely submission of documents.
- Updating all job orders.
- Ensure team adhere strictly to all safety & legal requirements.

**Job Requirements**:

- Min 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Familiar with Singapore roads.
- Able to lead team of drivers, cargohand.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Forklift driving permit preferably.
- Must posses good 'Leadership & People Skills.

**Working Days (Per Week)**:
5.5 (2 Saturday Off Per Month)

**Benefit**:
Medical, Bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 1 year (preferred)
- Traffic Officer / Executive: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- right to work in Singapore (preferred)
