Reporting directly to the Manager, Customer Experience, you will be responsible for upholding g&m’s branding whilst driving digital activities that align to the strategic objectives across our Digital Marketing activities.

Working with an enthusiastic team in Singapore, you will be part of the team that executes g&m’s marketing initiatives, campaigns, promotions, events, etc. as outlined in the marketing and communications annual plan. The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.

**A day in the life**:

- Conceptualise, develop, and implement the overall digital marketing and social media strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, inquiries, and sales lead to strengthen the brand and increase sales.
- Support the integrated campaign planning process from creative development, consumer research, media planning, and optimizing campaign plans to drive brand and commercial goals
- Drive key brand and product marketing initiatives, including new product launches via an omnichannel approach
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define their marketing objectives, propose creative and media recommendations, and manage projects end-to-end to ensure successful outcomes
- Work closely with HOD to develop a digital strategy for all business units and corporate campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation.
- Research on market trends, competitor insights, brand audiences and consumer journey to drive engagement and conversations.

**What you need**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing or another related field
- Solid experience in Salesforce/Pardot is preferred.
- Knowledgeable with html coding is a plus.
- Solid understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver actionable recommendations through data analysis to influence business decisions and strategies
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Sound implementation experience in WordPress, CRMS, e-DMs, Google Analytics, Social Media platforms, SEM, SEO, DV360/ GDN etc.
- Proficient in web analytics and ROI reporting tools (Google Analytics, or similar) with understanding of ROI and web conversion metrics
- Well organized and pro-active with excellent attention to detail
- Being experienced in Salesforce and Pardot is considered a huge plus.
