Front of House Staff

Job Summary:
As a member of the Front of House staff, you will be the face of the restaurant. Your primary responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience. You will work closely with other team members to maintain a clean, efficient, and friendly atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Reception: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations, and escort them to their tables.

Order Taking: Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests and communicate them to the kitchen staff.

Service: Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring orders are correct and presented beautifully.

Customer Engagement: Attend to guests' needs and requests, providing prompt and friendly service. Handle any complaints or issues with a positive attitude and resolve them effectively.

Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables, ensuring all areas are tidy.

Payment Processing: Handle guest payments efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with restaurant policies.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, management, and other team members to ensure smooth operation and excellent service.

Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred. Western or seafood cuisine experience will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with grace.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
