Our Client is an established and leading company in Singapore, who is seeking to recruit an Infrastructure Architect (AWS/Azure).

**Infrastructure Architect (AWS/ Azure)**

**PURPOSE & SCOPE**
- The Infrastructure Architect conducts critical evaluation and selection of software and hardware components of infrastructure, working closely with teams that conduct infrastructure hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Assesses infrastructure and environment needs and recommends architecture solutions.
- Aligns infrastructure architecture strategy and design to the overall business strategy.
- Assesses and plans for the future infrastructure needs.
- Participates in enterprise architecture strategy development, including environmental analysis, opportunity identification, value cases and business innovation portfolio development.

**KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop a roadmap and implementation plan to transition current state architecture to a future state infrastructure architecture.
- Develop an overall infrastructure architecture, obtaining buy-in for the overall strategy from all stakeholders.
- Lead the technical and business discussions relative to future infrastructure architecture requirements.
- Orchestrate the portfolio of programs to execute the Infrastructure architecture design.
- Synergize the portfolio of systems and programs to evaluate their relevance to the infrastructure architecture roadmap.
- Set-up an infrastructure architecture governance framework and kickstart governance forums to align to the infrastructure architecture roadmap.
- Facilitate the formation of committees that drive the architecture reviews, development of policies and standards, and guidelines for processes.
- Seek opportunities to optimize the delivery of infrastructure services with emphasis on availability, reliability, scalability, and security.
- Implement initiatives to collect regular feedback through surveys on how to enhance, grow, and tune the operational process.

**PREFERRED SKILLS**
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Engineering or Computer Science (Including Programming, Networking)
- 5 years of relevant experience
- TOGAF certification desired, not a must.
- Experience in infrastructure deployment/support, network administration/maintenance a must.
- Familiarity with problem management or security architecture desired.
- Exposure to cloud environments of Azure/AWS
- Great team player with strong communication skills and digital literacy
- Business continuity or disaster recovery management experience a plus
