- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Strong knowledge of business functions and processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments
- Ability to communicate in Chinese as it will be frequently used with business stakeholders from China
