We are hiring experienced Tableau administrators to join us in our cause to help customers Stay Modern, ahead of the technology curve

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Configure and maintain Tableau Server software layer
- Handle end-to-end system administration - e.g. site creation, server maintenance, upgrades and patches
- Manage and execute on change management - e.g. software/hardware upgrades and patches
- Monitor server activity/usage statistics to identify possible performance issues/enhancements
- Drive performance tuning / server management of Tableau server environment - e.g. clustering and load balancing
- Provide appropriate training and support to business users on the use of Tableau interactive web reports, and Tableau Desktop

**Skills Required**:

- Degree in Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science and/or related fields
- 3 to 5 years of server administration experience with any BI tool such as Tableau, PowerBI or MicroStrategy
- Expertise in Tableau platform sizing, troubleshooting, tuning and disaster recovery
- Experience in working with database tools
- Knowledge of network administration is an added advantage
- Accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to perform data analysis and report acute observations
- Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations
- Team-working skills
- Verbal and written communication skills

**Salary**: $5,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
