**Job Description:
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage high-frequency crypto trading strategies.
- Optimize trading system and risk control systems.
- Conduct research and analysis on market data to optimize strategy performance.
- Utilize deep learning models to predict trading slippage and optimize trading cost.
- Engage in comprehensive analysis of blockchain data in DeFi protocols to discover new trading opportunities.
- Design and implement a crypto ETF arbitrage strategy.
- Provide leadership and training to other team members.

**Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics or related field.
- Ability to speak and write in Chinese Mandarin.
- Familiarity with China's market.
- Experience in Quantitative Research, specifically in high-frequency trading strategies.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a large portfolio.
- Proficient in Python, C/C++, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and R.
- Experience with Tensorflow, Keras, Flask, pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
- Strong mathematical modeling skills and ability to solve complex analytical problems.
- Proficiency in data analysis and data visualization.
- Knowledge of BSM Option Pricing Model, Heston Model, and PDEs is a plus.
