**Project Overview**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) overseeing architectural design, strategic roadmap planning, and execution of change initiatives across the platform.
- Ensure deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards by reviewing documentation, artifacts, and development outputs aligned with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with solution architects, solution managers, and project managers to provide expert advice, technical input, and effort estimations for change requests and projects.
- Prepare technical documentation, conduct feasibility analyses, and coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to drive successful implementation.
- Provide Tier-3 support in partnership with operational teams, incorporating non-functional requirements to ensure systems are resilient, scalable, and performant.
- Follow established coding standards and methodologies, leveraging modern programming practices while contributing to robust technical documentation.
- Participate in planning sessions with business analysts, project managers, and development teams to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- **10+ years of hands-on experience**with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, and Visual C#.
- Proficient in SQL language and experienced with both SQL Server and Oracle platforms.
- Strong command of database development concepts including data modeling, stored procedures, views, triggers, cursors, indexing, and complex query optimization.
- Proven track record in identifying and resolving SQL Server performance bottlenecks.
- Skilled in developing and debugging sophisticated SSIS packages for ETL processes involving diverse data sources.
- Experience in deploying and troubleshooting SSIS solutions in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with **Control-M Scheduler**, **DevOps tools/practices**, and **Python**is advantageous.
- Prior experience in **banking or financial services**environments is a strong plus.
