Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement compliance product structures aligned with country-specific regulatory requirements (KYC/KYB, AML, sanction screening, vendor management) across APAC, LATAM, and EU.
- Spearhead the development of the risk control product ecosystem, including scenario-based interventions, rule engines, penalty and verification centers, with tight integration to the centralized data infrastructure.
- Drive the in-house KYC platform buildout, including frontend flows and backend processing, aligned with local legal and data privacy requirements across multiple countries (ROW, EU, TTP).
- Establish and oversee a standardized vendor management framework to evaluate and score vendors, streamline onboarding, and manage ongoing performance.
- Improve KYC efficiency and accuracy through product optimization and automation; design dashboards and analytics tools (e.g., reject reason code distribution dashboards) to support data-driven decision-making.
- Create modular, atomic KYC capabilities to enable rapid scaling and reuse across countries with mínimal customization.
- Lead the design and implementation of real-time decision-making frameworks, including event platforms, rule engines, and operational control centers.
- Collaborate with strategy and data science teams to define the large model risk control framework, productizing AI-driven fraud and risk interventions.
- Manage end-to-end planning and delivery of risk control data services, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals and operational needs.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on risk, compliance, and data platforms, ideally in fintech or regulated industries.
- Deep understanding of KYC/KYB, AML, sanction screening, and multi-jurisdictional compliance regulations.
- Proven experience building risk control systems, rule engines, or real-time decisioning platforms.
- Strong background in data infrastructure planning, analytics-driven product development, and scalable architecture design.
- Hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with legal, compliance, and technical teams across regions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
- Familiarity with large language models, AI/ML risk frameworks, and their integration into product systems is a strong plus.
- Experience working in multi-country environments (especially APAC, LATAM, EU) is highly desirable.
