DESIGNATION : THKMC Management Associate Program (T-MAP)
RESPONSIBILITIES

Look no further get a meaningful head start to a fulfilling career in the Social Service Sector The **THKMC Management Associate Programme (T-MAP) **is a two-year structured programme aimed to groom aspiring Leaders to reach your fullest potential.
The two-year programme includes a compulsory onboarding programme, and up to four rotations, for a deep and holistic understanding of how **THKMC **works:
- One year in Corporate Function to build your Professional Skills and gain broad experience;
- One year in Specialised Service to run projects for a positive impact on our beneficiaries and clients
After the two years, you will be assessed to take on a permanent role depending on your career aspirations, strengths and needs of the organisation.
Our T-MAP offers you a rewarding and accelerated career journey with us, consisting of:
