TCM Clinic Assistant

**Salary**: SGD $1,800 - $2,900 / month

Working Hours: 44 hours per week (including weekends)

Are you passionate about Traditional Chinese Medicine and enjoy helping people improve their health? We’re looking for a caring and dependable Clinic Assistant to join our friendly team in a warm and supportive TCM clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities

You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our clinic:
Front desk duties - patient registration, appointment scheduling, phone call handling

Assist TCM Physicians during consultations and treatments

Prepare and dispense herbal and powdered medications

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment areas and equipment

Perform cashiering and basic account keeping

Monitor inventory and manage stock replenishment

Handle housekeeping (floor cleaning, towel washing using washing machine)

Support overall clinic workflow and uphold a pleasant, tidy environment

Carry out other duties as assigned by the Physician

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Experience in a TCM clinic or healthcare setting is a plus

✔️ Knowledge of TCM concepts is an advantage

✔️ Strong communication in both English and Mandarin (to assist Mandarin-speaking patients)

✔️ Friendly and compassionate personality with excellent interpersonal skills

✔️ Able to multitask, adapt quickly, and work independently

✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

✔️ Positive, proactive, and a good team player

✔️ Able to work on weekends (with weekly off days)
