**The role**
The Conference Producer will work across digital, and, one-day and annual physical events with responsibility to deliver all aspects of conference content across the programme lifecycle. The producer will also be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships within the healthcare sector. Specifically, responsibilities include:

- In-depth industry research and development to create commercial content for the annual event, 2 one-day events, and sponsored content digital or in-person from time to time
- Continual assessment of regional and global healthcare sector dynamics to identify opportunities to develop relevant and timely content
- Develop and manage new and existing relationships with relevant healthcare sector stakeholders
- Share strategic and technical market information gotten from talking to stakeholders, and desktop research and reports read i.e. geographic markets including value propositions and competitive events
- Identify and confirm influential and unique buy-side speakers
- Conducting in-depth telephone, face to face and desktop research potential speakers in the target market to develop commercially viable content
- Continued speaker engagement to ensure successful onsite delivery
- 2-3 years’ Conference Production experience or relevant transferable skills
- Ability to write commercially attractive and industry accurate Conference Agenda
- Excellent networking and information gathering abilities
- Engaging, professional, and diplomatic demeanour
- Comfortable conducting regular phone calls and face-to-face meetings with C-suite executives
- Advanced negotiation skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Self-disciplined and able to work both independently and as part of a team adhering to time-sensitive deadlines
- Proficient at multi-tasking, working on more than one project at a time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate, dedicated, and knowledgeable about developing smart, profitable, and industry-leading conferences
- Resilient, with a strong desire to succeed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
