Our client is a global travel retailer, distributor and duty free operator. We are currently partnering them to look for a IT Applications Consultant to join the regional team based in Singapore. As a key member of the IT Applications team, you will support the team and all projects related to SAP Retail initiatives across the APAC region.

**Responsibilities**
- design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals, provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing projects.
- lead full cycle, large-scale and end-to-end implementation projects, play a critical role in designing and delivering the solutions.
- perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions, identify, interpret, validate, and document business users’ requirements.
- proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements, incorporate new business requirement through enhancements, customizations or user exits.
- provide detail document write-up that includes Requirement Analysis Document, Functional and Technical Specifications, Design Document, User Manuals and Test Scripts.
- quality assurance of the delivery with exhaustive Unit, Integration and Regression Testing, troubleshoot on the issues highlighted at Level 2 Support including bug fixing, provide user training and support.

**Requirements**:

- a Degree or Diploma in Information Technology Information Systems or a related discipline, and practical experience of at least eight years with hands on experience in implementation and support in **SAP IS Retail** Projects.
- a deep understanding of business processes and technical knowledge in Retail, Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP), standard Function Modules and Business Application Programming Interface (BAPI)
- seasoned Project Management skills with experience in Agile project methodologies; a certification in Scrum Product Owner will be an advantage.
- a systematic way of organizing and setting priorities based on business needs and adapt logical and rationale approach in problem solving, meticulous in delivering results, detailed oriented and possesses an analytical approach while taking initiative and making some decisions independently.
- good written and communication skills with a pronounced can-do attitude, ability to mentor Team Members, complemented by the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
