**We are looking for a capable clinic assistant to assist the TCM physicians with clinic operations. The clinic assistant should be customer oriented, patient and hardworking. Salary will commensurate with industry experience.**:
**Job Description**:

- Ensure clinic is ready for operations before opening.
- Coordinating of bookings and scheduling appointments
- Follow up with patients on after service calls and results and side effects from treatments/products
- To dispense Chinese medicine in accordance with physician’s prescription and Ensure patient receives the right medicine
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of clinic and daily cleaning and general maintenance of packaging machine.
- Raise Purchase Requisitions on timely basis and responsible for quarterly stock-take.
- Print end-day report and together with cash collections, Print monthly report submit to Finance department at the end of the month.
- Handling difficult patients and complaint cases
- Ad hoc duties assigned by Doctor/Manager
- 6 days off-day in a month

管理/协助前台工作，为患者提供优质服务，包括预约、患者登记、收款以及接听患者询问的电话/电子邮件/短信。

确保诊所在开业前已做好运营准备。

协调预订和安排预约

跟进患者的售后服务电话以及治疗/产品的结果和副作用

按照医生处方配药，确保患者对症下药

保持诊所的清洁、整洁以及包装机的日常清洁和一般维护。

及时提出采购申请并负责季度盘点。

打印日终报告并与现金收款一起，打印月度报告在月底提交给财务部门。

处理疑难病人及投诉案件

- Receptionist/therapist related work experience will be an advantage.
