DESIGNATION : Data Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather data from internal and external systems; clean, update, validate and quality-control databases to ensure highest data quality
- Liaise with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements, translating them into functional requirements
- Track and report metrics of organizational initiatives
- Develop models, dashboards and detailed reports to help internal customers quickly and accurately grasp business and operational trends
- Utilize historical data sets and business plans to model and forecast business trends
- Structure problems, form hypotheses and draw on public and private data sets to draw conclusions to guide decision making
- Undertake research to identify and recommend optimal solutions to business challenges
- Participate in projects in the digital transformation journey, where required
- Work in collaboration with the centralised Advanced Analytics team

QUALIFICATIONS
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, Business, or related disciplines
- Familiarity with GSuite and business intelligence tools such as Google Data Studio
- Experience in analyzing data and automating complex data handling through SQL, Python and/or R.
- Is a self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced environment against tight timelines with a team mindset
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform and in particular BigQuery is a plus
