DESIGNATION : Temp Accounts Assistant (6 months)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Key incoming cheques (Letters & Delivery Listings)
- Check Delivery listings to ensure all Invoice are in correct order
- Assist to do Credit Card Settlement
- Assist simple enquiry from customer such as SOA request and retrieve of Invoice
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
- GCE 'N' Level / GCE 'O' Level
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
