We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Programme Executive to join our team in creating a supportive and inclusive environment for individuals with intellectual disability.

**Job Summary**:
As a Programme Executive, you will play a role in developing and implementing training programme and activities tailored to the unique needs of our residents/ clients. Working closely with our Head of Training and Therapy and Programme Executives, you will design and deliver engaging lesson plans that promote skill development, independence, and overall well-being.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the training team to develop and implement Activities in Daily Living Skills and Community Living Skills training programme.
- Design and adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
- Provide daily monitoring and supervision of training activities.
- Track and report on clients’ progress, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment during activity hours.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for working with individuals with intellectual disability.
- Experience in working with individuals with intellectual disability will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

Pay: $2,270.00 - $2,910.00 per month
