**5 days week**

**Project and Tender QS.**
- **Quantity take-off**, sourcing for suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Prepare and analyse sub-contractor and supplier quotation.
- Prepare and submission of progress claims and sub-contractor claims.
- Identify and initiate claim for variations to contract.
- Administer contract to ensure compliance and conformance.
- Resolve dispute with stake holders and finalization of project account; and
- Participate in tender with duties to be dedicated by team leader.
- Proven track record in leading tender for building projects.
- **Pricing and costing for tender**.
- Proven track records in handling project from inception until **final account**.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Standard Forms of Contract (PSSCOC/SIA/REDAS)
- Knowledge in contract law and SOP Act.
