**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely APAC account management team to lead and support the preparation and submission of tenders
- Analyze tender specifications and Coordinate with stakeholders including local offices and central procurement teams to ensure high quality and competitive offers
- Develop a project plan and time schedule for adequate pricing analysis, internal review and evaluation in-line with the global tender management process.
- Maintain records of tenders in internal reports and tender document management system

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in SCM/Logistics/Business Administration
- 2 years experience in the project/ coordination
- Advanced MS-Excel is a plus
- Possess good communication skill
