**Key Responsibilities**:
**Refinery Operations**:

- Oversee and support the day-to-day operation of the refinery plant, with a focus on the distillation process.
- Ensure optimal production efficiency while maintaining safety, environmental, and legal compliance.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimize process parameters to meet or exceed monthly production targets.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Interpret and analyse **P&ID drawings**, process flow diagrams, and engineering schematics.
- Use **AutoCAD** to review, update, and modify plant drawings and layouts when necessary.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.

**System Improvement & SOP**:

- Upgrade and improve existing systems and workflows.
- Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Collaborate with other departments to support plant modifications and expansions.

**Safety & Compliance**:

- Ensure all operations adhere to internal safety policies and external regulatory standards.
- Participate in safety audits, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness drills.
- Actively promote a strong safety culture within the team.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Liaise with technicians and maintenance personnel daily to resolve operational issues.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to improve overall plant performance.

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting **P&ID** and process drawings.
- Skilled in **AutoCAD** or equivalent design/drawing software.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, proactive approach.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work independently and a multitasker.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
