**Job Description**:
As a Freelance Trainer in ICT Infrastructure & Operations, your primary responsibility is to design, develop, and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees and professionals in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure and operations field. Your role is essential in ensuring that individuals are equipped with the expertise to manage, support, and optimise various ICT systems and services within an organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Curriculum Development: Develop comprehensive training curricula covering a wide range of ICT infrastructure and operations topics. These may include networking, server administration, cloud computing, virtualisation, data storage, security protocols, IT service management, and more. (Optional)

2. Training Material Creation: Create engaging and informative training materials, such as presentations, manuals, handouts, online resources, and multimedia content, to support the learning process. (Optional)

3. Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and online, for individuals or groups at various levels of expertise. Adapt your teaching style and content to meet the needs of diverse learners.

5. Assessments and Evaluations: Develop assessment tools, quizzes, and exams to gauge the participants' understanding of the material. Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback forms and assessments and continuously use the data to improve the training programs.

6. Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest developments and trends in the ICT infrastructure and operations field, including emerging technologies and best practices. Incorporate this knowledge into your training materials and sessions.

7. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs): Work closely with SMEs and professionals from the ICT industry to gain insights into current challenges, technologies, and best practices and integrate this knowledge into the training content.

8. Support Learning Initiatives: Provide ongoing support to learners by offering additional resources, mentoring, or follow-up sessions to reinforce their learning experience.

9. Training Program Management: Coordinate training schedules, manage training logistics, and ensure all necessary resources and equipment are available for the training sessions.

10. Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess the training programs' effectiveness and identify improvement areas. Propose and implement enhancements to the curriculum and training methodologies to maintain the relevance and quality of the training.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. Preferably with ACLP/ACTA certification.

3. Proven experience in ICT infrastructure and operations, preferably in network administration, systems administration, or related areas.

4. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and understandably.

5. Experience designing and delivering training programs in a corporate or educational setting.

6. Proficiency in using various training tools and platforms.

7. Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple training projects simultaneously.

8. Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles.

9. Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, MCSA, or ITIL are advantageous.
