Job Responsibilities:

- Implement and maintain food safety management systems such as Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive hygiene and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards set by SFA, MUIS, MOM, JTC and other relevant authorities.
- Conduct routine inspections of the kitchen and food preparation areas onsite & offsite.
- Identify potential food safety hazards and assess risks in the food preparation and storage processes.
- Implement corrective actions training and safe kitchen practices and preventive measures to enhance overall food safety performance.
- Ensure that suppliers adhere to food safety standards and conduct regular audits of suppliers
- Oversee and updates of the Quality Management System and SOPs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and proper retention of all quality assurance records, documents, and files as per regulatory and company policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory inspections and audits by SFA, MUIS, HACCP and ISO, maintaining thorough documentation and records to demonstrate compliance with hygiene standards.
- Assist in lab test sampling collection and schedule
- Provide assistant in any ad hoc assignment if any

Job Requirements:

- Possess SFA food hygiene officer certificate level 1,2,3) and FSMS.
- Educational Qualifications: NITEC Certificate (or equivalent) in Food Science-related fields with a focus on food safety.
- Well experienced in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Food Safety within the F&B or catering industry.
- Knowledge of Singapore’s food safety regulations and standards (HACCP, ISO, SFA guidelines).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure compliance with food safety protocols.
- Good communication skills to educate and train team members on food safety practices.

Location: Located in the West (Pandan Loop)
